An unusual fish with glowing, green eyes known as a chimera (kim-AIR'-ah) netted last month in the North Atlantic has caught both the intrigue and disgust of the Internet. Nova Scotia fisherman Scott Tanner snapped photos of the fish and posted them on Facebook. He says the fish was caught in the net of a trawler he was working on last month off Newfoundland and Labrador's Grand Banks. (The photos have been making the rounds online. Even U-K tabloid the Daily Star picked up on the story, calling the creature -- quote -- a "winged fish with evil eyes.")
