A 15-year-old boy has been charged with first-degree murder in the death of an 11-year-old girl on a reserve in northern Manitoba. RCMP Staff Sergeant Jared Hall says laying the charge is a positive for both police and for Teresa Robinson's family and her community of Garden Hill First Nation. (Teresa disappeared last May after leaving a birthday party in the remote, fly-in community. Her remains were found six days later and police soon ruled her death a homicide.)
