Political leaders on the election trail in Saskatchewan have largely spent their time campaigning in cities. Saskatchewan Party Leader Brad Wall says that's because Regina and Saskatoon are the major media centres and the places for parties to get their messages out. But Professor Tom McIntosh, head of the political science department at the University of Regina, thinks there is another reason. (Wall says his party is not taking rural areas for granted, even if all the campaign promises are made in the cities.)
