Police in Saskatchewan are searching for an escaped murder suspect after two masked attackers used a gun and bear spray to ambush two corrections officers in Prince Albert. Sergeant Brandon Mudry (MOO'-dree) of the Prince Albert police says Braidy Vermette faces a first-degree murder charge. Mudry says the 27-year-old man was being taken to the hospital last night for treatment of a self-inflicted injury to his arm. (Police are warning people not to approach Vermette, who they consider to be armed.)
