Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is making this third visit to the US this month -- this time for a gathering of more than 50 world leaders attending a summit on nuclear safety. But he opened his two-day trip to Washington with a speech and question-answer session at the US Chamber of Commerce. He touted his government's stimulus budget but added economic growth must be environmentally clean growth. (Later today Trudeau will have lunch with Japan's prime minister and meet with the president of Argentina before heading to the summit, where talks will focus on how to keep extremists from getting their hands on nuclear weapons.)
