Canada's heritage minister will conduct a full review of the federal government's cultural policy with the goal of adapting it to the digital age. Melanie Joly says the government's tools for supporting culture predate the Internet and may need to be changed. (Joly is inviting members of the public to give their opinions by answering a questionnaire on the government's website. She will lead a series of public consultations on the issue beginning this summer.)
