Calgary city council is asking the Flames to investigate less expensive locations and options for a proposed new arena and football stadium. The Flames also own the CFL's Stampeders. A city report says the current proposal that also includes a fieldhouse would cost 1.8 billion dollars. Flames chief executive officer Ken King says the organization will address concerns over costs.
