The trial of a Dutch man linked to the suicide of a British Columbia teenager is pushing ahead on Monday in the Netherlands. This, despite Aydin Coban's lawyer quitting the morning of the trial's opening day. Carol Todd is the mother of Amanda Todd, who killed herself over bullying after Coban allegedly posted nude photos of the teen online. She says she's following the case from her home in Port Coquitlam, B-C. (Coban is accused of 72 charges in the Netherlands and Canada has asked for his extradition to face five separate counts related to the Todd case.)
