Thousands of Fort McMurray evacuees who were stuck for days in oilsands camps and towns around the city are on the move south today in stop-and-go fashion as conditions allow. Melissa Blake, mayor of the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo which includes Fort McMurray, was in one of the camps and says the experience wrought with uncertainty. (Alberta Premier Rachel Notley says the plan is to get 500 vehicles out by ground and 55-hundred people by air. Another seven-thousand were flown out yesterday.)
