It's methamphetamine and not fentanyl that's the biggest concern for police in Medicine Hat, Alberta. There were 272 deaths attributed to fentanyl in Alberta last year. But Staff Sergeant Jason Graham, who's in charge of Medicine Hat's organized crime unit, says it's meth use that's on the rise in his jurisdiction. (Graham says fentanyl is still a concern in Medicine Hat, but meth is much easier to obtain.)
