A 68-unit apartment complex has gone up in smoke thanks to a weekend fire in White Rock. The blaze started in a neighbouring construction site yesterday morning before spreading to the apartment. White Rock Mayor Wayne Baldwin says no one was seriously hurt. (The only major injury was a broken leg from someone tripping over a fire hose. Fire officials hope to meet with residents of the apartment building today, to give them a better idea about the state of the building and when they may be able to return.)
