Environment Minister Glen Murray says the Ontario government's climate change action plan will not ban the use of natural gas for home heating. Murray doesn't want to confirm what's in the plan before it's officially released in a few weeks, but says the government is working closely with large industries as it drafts the final plan. (The Globe and Mail reports Ontario will set a target of having 12 per cent of all new vehicle sales be electric cars and trucks by 2025, or about 1.7 million vehicles.
