A former Liberal communications director has been charged with breach of trust for his alleged role in a Liberal strategy to win ethnic votes in the last election. Opposition NDP Leader John Horgan has suggested a special prosecutor's investigation went on for three years because the government didn't co-operate. But deputy premier Rich Coleman says the process is independent and such cases take time.
