Opponents of the Trans Mountain pipeline expansion are vowing to fight after the National Energy Board recommended the federal government approve the controversial project with 157 conditions. Rueben George of North Vancouver's Tsleil-Waututh (tuh'-SLAY'-wha'-tuth) Nation says the risk of a tanker spill in Burrard Inlet is too great. (The First Nation has a case before the Federal Court that argues the National Energy Board's streamlined review process was unlawful.)
