Quebec will become the latest jurisdiction in North America to crack down hard on smokers. Starting tomorrow, smoking is no longer allowed on bar patios or in cars with children under 16. Marc-Antoine Gervais was in Montreal enjoying one of the last cigarettes on the patio of the famous Sir Winston Churchill Pub on Crescent Street. (The law also makes it illegal to smoke on play areas intended for children, campgrounds or on skating rinks used by minors.)
