Alberta Premier Rachel Notley says about two-thousand evacuees expecting to move back to their undamaged homes in fire-ravaged Fort McMurray this week will not be able to do so. She says tests have determined that more than 500 homes that weren't touched by a wildfire earlier this month in three neighbourhoods are not safe to be lived in yet. Notley says it's not safe to return until toxic ash and debris from the fire have been removed. (Notley says arrangements will be made for these residents to be allowed in to inspect their homes.)
