This is the day the first of more than 80-thousand residents begin a staged return to Fort McMurray -- the northern Alberta city that was ravaged by wildfire nearly a month ago. As many as 15-thousand people could be in the first wave that will flow into the city starting at eight, local. Canadian Press reporter Ken Trimble says evacuees have been warned it won't be life as usual. (Premier Rachel Notley will be on hand when the first wave hits. She says it's important to let people know the government is still with them.)
