A retail analyst says Walmart's plan to stop accepting Visa payments in its Canadian stores is likely to hurt both sides. Toronto retail analyst Doug Stephens says it will seem strange to customers if they can't use their Visa. (Stephens says Visa will also feel the effects of not doing business with a retailer the size of Walmart.
