For a lot of Calgarians hit by the economic slump, it may not be the best time to invest hundreds of dollars in a brand new pair of leather cowboy boots. But it's possible to snap up cowboy duds on the cheap and still have enough cash left over for rodeo tickets. Jennifer Brander is a manager at Value Village. She says shopping for new Stampede pieces need not be expensive. (Brander says it's possible to put together a Stampede ensemble for about 30 dollars.)
