Alberta Premier Rachel Notley says all the talk of bringing Alberta's two right-wing parties together hasn't changed how her party plans to tackle the next election. Longtime Conservative MP Jason Kenney has announced plans to seek the leadership of the Progressive Conservatives with the aim of joining forces with the Wildrose. Supporters of the unite-the-right push in Alberta say a vote-split amongst the two parties is the reason the NDP are in power. Notley says Kenney is misreading where Albertans stand politically. (Former prime minister Stephen Harper and interim federal Conservative Leader Rona Ambrose have endorsed Kenney's plan.)
