The head of a group that represents 400 taxi drivers in Halifax says the industry is in a state of crisis. Dave Buffett made the comment after police said they were looking for a cab driver accused of groping a 22-year-old woman in his van. It was the fourth alleged sexual assault by a Halifax cab driver in three months. Buffett says all cab drivers need better training. (Buffett also says all drivers should be required to install dashboard cameras in their cabs.)
