The premiers of Ontario, British Columbia and Quebec have agreed to allow online purchases of wine from each other's provinces. British Columbia Premier Christy Clark says it's a small step toward opening trade between the provinces, which has been a major topic at this week's prmeiers meeting in Whitehorse. (Quebec Premier Philippe Couillard (KWEE-YARD) says he hopes the deal will be expanded with the addition of Nova Scotia.)
