Housing activist Christine Brett says she's seen a number of people who've already been placed in transitional housing return to visit the controversial site thrilled to finally have keys to their own homes. (But Brett says not all the campers have been guaranteed shelter by this Monday's deadline and she doubts the site will be fully vacated.)
