A hunting safety expert says the man who posted a video of himself spearing a black bear in Alberta was doing something foolish. Dave Paplawski (pap-LAW-skee) is with the Alberta Hunter Education Instructors' Association. He says what hunter Josh Bowmar did was unusual and unsafe. (The Alberta government says it will ban spear hunting when hunting regulations are updated this fall.)
