Recent heavy rainfall in Alberta is having an impact on oil spill clean up efforts in Saskatchewan. Wes Kotyk (KAW-tick) is with the province's environment ministry. He says preparations are being made for when water levels rise on the North Saskatchewan River this weekend. (Kotyk says an estimated 73 per cent of the petroleum that spilled has been cleaned up so far.)
