Lawyers for a woman who was denied a court appearance because of her hijab was back in court today seeking a legal opinion on the rights of Quebecers who want access to justice while wearing religious attire. Julius Grey says he wants it made clear that Rania El-Alloul's rights are made clear. (In 2015 a Quebec Court judge told El-Alloul her case would not be heard as long as she was wearing a head scarf in the courtroom.)
