Liberal Sophie Kiwala has introduced a bill in the Ontario legislature that would outlaw "scalper bots," computer software that scoops up blocks of tickets to concerts and forces customers to the expensive resale market. Kiwala, who represents Kingston and the Islands, says the software gives scalpers a huge, unfair advantage.
