The sister of a Calgary man charged with fatally shooting a football player says she doesn't believe her brother is guilty. Nelson Tony Lugela (luh-GEHL'-uh) is charged with second-degree murder in the death of Mylan (MYE'-lan) Hicks of the Calgary Stampeders. Flora Lugela says she asked her brother if he was responsible. (The case has been put over until November 4th. Lugela remains in custody.)
