Jewish groups say they are pleased the University of Lethbridge has suspended a professor who has questioned the Holocaust and called the 9-11 terrorist attacks a Zionist plot. The university says in a statement that Anthony Hall has been suspended without pay pending an internal review into possible violations of the Alberta Human Rights Act. Hall says in a video posted to YouTube that there's been an assault on academic freedom. (A spokeswoman for B'nai Brith Canada says it was important that Hall be removed from his position of authority, even if it means he'll try to portray himself as a martyr.)
