Irene Lanzinger says she was in the courtroom in Ottawa when the judges delivered the verbal ruling in favour of the B-C Teachers' Federation. (The ruling dates back to the government of former premier Gordon Campbell, who passed legislation stripping class sizes and other provisions from the teachers contract and denied the right to bargain those issues in the future.)
