Ontario Transportation Minister Steven Del Duca says he hasn't seen a plan from Toronto Mayor John Tory to impose tolls on the Gardiner Expressway and the Don Valley Park. Del Duca says the province will take a close look at whatever road toll plan the city puts forward. (Published reports say Mayor Tory wants to use the hundreds of millions of dollars the tolls could raise each year for public transit, road work and other infrastructure projects.)
