A 46-year-old mother described as having a high risk lifestyle is the subject of a police search as an Amber Alert for a missing four-year-old enters a second day. Delilah Felton has lived with a guardian since birth but police say the youngster was taken from the guardian's east Vancouver home yesterday afternoon and the Amber Alert was issued early yesterday evening. Acting Sergeant Brian Montague says Angela Hanley has never had custody of Delilah but he wouldn't say more about the possible risk she could pose to the child. (Montague says tracking Hanley is difficult because she is homeless and doesn't own a car or cellphone. He's urging Hanley to drop the little girl off in a safe place or for her friends to alert police to her whereabouts.)

Transcript Prediction: << by mentioning that she's involved in high-risk lifestyle behaviors of course by mention that she's never had custody of her daughter and I think people can get the idea that this is someone who doesn't have the ability to care for a four year old >>
