Police in Vancouver are asking for help in their search for a four-year-old girl who is the subject of an Amber Alert. Police believe four-year-old Delilah Felton is with her mother, 46-year-old Angela Hanley. Delilah has been in the custody of a guardian since birth, and Acting Sergeant Brian Montague says police don't think Hanley has the capability to take care of her daughter. (Investigators say there is no vehicle associated with the pair and they are likely travelling by transit or other types of public transportation.)
