Alberta's justice minister is backing a recommendation that a judge lose his job for inappropriate comments in a sex assault case. Kathleen Ganley says Albertans need to be able to have faith in the fairness of the justice system. (A Canadian Judicial Council committee says Justice Robin Camp of Federal Court should be removed from the bench for asking a sexual assault complainant at a trial why she couldn't keep her knees together. Camp was a provincial court judge in Calgary at the time, and Ganley called for his comments to be reviewed.)
