Alberta's opposition parties are taking a wait-and-see approach on the announcement of an expanded oil pipeline from Edmonton to the B-C coast. Brian Jean (pronounced GENE) of the Wildrose party says he'll wait for shovels to hit the ground. (Trudeau has given the green light to triple the capacity of the Trans Mountain pipeline, which runs from Edmonton to Burnaby. Premier Rachel Notley says getting oil overseas will fetch a better price and help lift Alberta out of its economic slump.)
