Alberta's opposition Wildrose party says it will undo the sweeping changes in the electricity and fossil-fuel sectors if it wins the next election. (Premier Rachel Notley's government is moving to phase out coal-fired electricty and replace it with a mix of natural gas and renewables. It is also bringing in a broad-based carbon tax starting next month.)
