The foreign investor -- the nameless, faceless entity believed to be driving up home prices in Vancouver -- has been named The Canadian Press business newsmaker of the year. Sotheby's International Realty Canada's Brad Henderson says foreign investors have become a scapegoat for eroding affordability.
