Supply chain corridors have begun opening in BC. Transportation Minister Rob Fleming says Highway 1 through the Fraser Valley is on track to re-open tomorrow and Canadian Pacific Railway's first trains arrived in Vancouver from Kamloops today carrying grain and fuel.
