Arthur Porter, the former head of Canada's spy-agency watchdog and former CEO of McGill's superhospital, was arrested in Panama on fraud charges in connection with Quebec's ongoing corruption scandals. Ricardo Bilonick (bih-LOW'-nik), the Porters' Panamanian lawyer, said they would not only fight extradition, but also seek bail.
