While some people planned to vote "No" on the Charlottetown accord October 26th, Henry Poegel went one step further. The retired Saskatchewan farmer spent almost three-thousand dollars to produce, direct and star in his own singing TV commercial opposing the deal. Poegel said making the commercial was his chance to voice his opinion.
