Nearly 300 young people arrived on Parliament Hill to cap off a marathon 1,600-kilometre winter trek from Whapmagoostui in northern Quebec inspired by the Idle No More movement. It began when 17-year-old David Kawapit Jr. decided to walk to Ottawa in support of better conditions for aboriginal people. Canadian Press reporter Terry Pedwell had this report.
