A Canadian working with the International Red Cross was killed in April in Baghdad. Vatche Arslanien was in charge of logistics for the Red Cross in Iraq. Red Cross spokesperson Ginette Archambault said the 48-year-old was caught in a crossfire between American and Iraqi forces.
