Robert Latimer was found guilty a second time in the death of his daughter Tracy. Pat Danforth, with Saskatchewan Voice of the Handicapped, said the conviction sent out the right message. (Latimer had pleaded not guilty to second-degree murder in the death of his daughter, Tracy in October 1993. She had severe cerebral palsy and could not walk, talk or feed herself. The 12-year-old weighed less than 40 pounds and functioned at the level of a three-month-old.)
