Ontario's Court of Appeal upheld a lower court ruling allowing an epileptic man to legally smoke pot. It agreed the existing law was unconstitutional and gave the federal government 12 months to change it or it would become void. Defense lawyer Aaron Harnett said the ruling sent a clear message.
