Ralph Klein, the popular, outspoken, Everyman premier who championed the elimination of Alberta's multi-billion-dollar debt died on March 29th. Alberta Health Services issued a news release on behalf of Klein's family indicating the former premier had died at the age of 70. Canadian Press reporter John Cotter had this report.
