A tragedy for Canadian sport. That's how members of Toronto's Olympic bid committee described the death of Carol Anne Letheren. The Canadian Olympic Association's chief executive officer collapsed while speaking at an awards banquet in Toronto on the night of January 31st and died two days later. Olympic bid committee member Bruce Kidd said it's a huge loss.
