Former Ontario premier Bob Rae called it quits. The 47-year-old Rae said he was stepping down as Ontario NDP leader because it was time to focus on family, and something other than public life. Rae formally resigned February 7th, 14 years to the day he was elected. He joined a law firm the next day.
